Lauren Gronbeck, a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant, joined the Elite Brain & Spine team in October 2023. Hailing from Pittsburgh, PA, Lauren’s journey in healthcare began as a Surgical Technician at Rutland Regional Medical Center. Her commitment to patient care and pursuit of excellence led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Health Science with a focus on becoming a Physician Assistant.

During her time at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, Lauren not only excelled academically, graduating magna cum laude, but also demonstrated exceptional leadership as a member of the American Academy of Physicians Assistants. As a valued member and captain of the Bucknell Cross Country and Track & Field team, Lauren showcased her determination and commitment, earning her an athletic scholarship.

Having faced and triumphed over the challenges presented by popliteal artery entrapment syndrome during her collegiate years, Lauren’s resilience and dedication to her studies and athletic pursuits define her character. Her experience working in the Operating Room at a small community hospital in Vermont during college breaks further enriched her understanding of surgical procedures.
