Appointment Cancellation Policy
In an effort to be considerate to all of our Patients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice for appointments cancelled or broken. We reserve the right to charge for appointments cancelled or broken without 24 hours’ notice. Repeated “No Show” appointments may result in dismissal from the services of Elite Brain and Spine.
